If enhanced conversions are switched on, the email address and phone number you enter in our quote form are also shared with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form, so Google can match your enquiry to an ad click. Google does not receive them in readable form.
Some ads may show a Google forwarding number so we can measure calls from ads. Calls to that number are forwarded to us, and Google may record call details such as the time, duration and caller area code.
Sharing your information
We only share your information when it’s needed to do the job, for example with a repairer or insurer you’ve asked us to deliver to, with service providers who help us run our business (such as email and website hosting), or when the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Form enquiries are stored securely in our website system and sent to our business email.
