How do I book a tow?
Call 0417 236 596. It’s the fastest way to get a truck on the way. For jobs that aren’t urgent, you can also send the details through our quote form and we’ll call you back during business hours.
What are your hours?
We’re open 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week, including weekends.
What details do you need when I call?
Where the vehicle is (street and nearest cross street, or the highway direction and nearest exit), the make and model, what’s happened, where it needs to go, and whether it can roll and steer. That lets us quote the job and send the right setup.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where the truck is and the job it’s on at the time. We’ll give you an arrival time when you call, before you commit to anything.
Can I book a tow in advance?
Yes. For planned jobs like a car move, a forklift delivery or a container shift, call 0417 236 596 or use the quote form and we’ll arrange a time that suits you.
Prices and insurance
How much does a tow cost?
It depends on where the vehicle is, where it’s going and what it is. Call 0417 236 596 and we’ll give you a price over the phone before we set off, so there are no surprises.
Will my insurance pay for the tow?
Many comprehensive policies and roadside memberships cover towing, but it depends on your policy. Check with your insurer and keep your receipt for your claim.

What can you tow?
Cars, 4WDs, utes, vans, electric and hybrid vehicles, motorcycles, forklifts, site containers and small machinery. See all our towing services.
What is a tilt tray and why does it matter?
A tilt tray carries the whole vehicle on its deck, so nothing is dragged along the road. It’s the safest way to move all-wheel-drive, automatic, electric, lowered and crash-damaged vehicles.
Can you tow a car that won’t start, won’t roll or isn’t registered?
Yes. The vehicle is winched onto the tray, so it doesn’t need to drive, roll freely or be registered.
Can you tow electric and hybrid cars?
Yes. EVs and hybrids ride with all four wheels on the tray, which is how most manufacturers recommend they’re moved.
Do you tow motorbikes?
Yes. Road bikes, cruisers, dirt bikes and scooters are strapped upright and secured on the tray. See motorcycle towing.
Can you move forklifts, containers and machinery?

Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes. We can jump start a flat battery or fit your spare tyre. If it can’t be fixed on the spot, the tow truck is already there. See roadside assistance.

What should I do after a crash?

Can you take my car to my own smash repairer?
Yes. Tell us where it needs to go when you call. If your insurer wants the car at a particular assessment centre, check with them first and we’ll take it there.
